Indeed we are.

The idea for this project came after years of searching for Caribbean blogs that captured the multi-dimensional Caribbean Aesthetic. I wanted to see a depiction of the Cosmopolitan Caribbean; I wanted to read stories about people who have come alive. I wanted to read about people who are starting businesses and excelling in non-traditional fields. I am passionate about Development studies and I wanted to read about people who dare to imagine a different Caribbean and who are working daily to create the reality of their dreams. I wanted to read topical commentary from young Caribbean intellectuals. I wanted to see arts and culture and music and fashion created by Caribbean people.

I didn't find a blog with all these elements rolled into one space in the way that I envisioned so I have decided to create it
